Provide practical guidance on a variety of fitness activities like Pilates, Zumba, Cardio, Yoga, Relaxation Techniques etc.Provide some advice to clients on the correct method of exercising with strength training and cardio equipment, and other training and exercising equipment.Provide practical guidance while conducting individual / group activity sessions as per Programme specific schedulers.
